As Romillion Productions, I am committed to providing my clients with exceptional photography services. I understand that situations may arise requiring refunds or cancellations. Please read my refund policy carefully before booking.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS
For each event, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your booking and is incorporated into the total cost. The deposit is essential for reserving my time and ensuring your commitment. Therefore, it is not included in any refund requests.
Once a shoot has been completed, I cannot issue a refund for the services provided. This policy is in place because I dedicate significant time, effort, and resources to capture your moments and create visual content. I strive to ensure your complete satisfaction during the shoot itself. Therefore, please ensure that you are satisfied with your booking before the scheduled shoot date.
If a client does not show up for the scheduled shoot, no refund will be issued. Such actions are not tolerated and are considered a sign of disrespect and disregard. You may negotiate a reschedule of the booking or a substitute for another small shoot at your convenience.
In the event that I have to cancel a shoot or cannot fulfill the booking for any reason (without providing an option to reschedule), the following refund policy applies: I will refund all payments made by you, excluding the non-refundable deposit. I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a shoot in cases of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to equipment failure, illness, extreme weather conditions, or other situations that may affect the quality or safety of the shoot. In such cases, I will make every effort to provide an alternative date for the shoot or issue a refund according to the terms outlined above. Additionally, for your next booking with me, the deposit will be waived as it was not included in the refund. This refund will be processed promptly, typically within 5 business days.
IMAGing RIGHTS AND FORMATS
Final edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe, typically within 2-4 weeks after the shoot. Romillion Productions retains the copyright to all images taken during the shoot. Clients will receive a license for personal use of the images. Commercial use of the images requires a separate agreement. Romillion Productions reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials. If you have any concerns about this, please discuss them with us prior to the shoot.
Romillion Productions is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the shoot. Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings. In the event of equipment failure, illness, or any other unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling our obligations, we will make every effort to reschedule the shoot or provide a full refund (excluding the deposit). Romillion Productions shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your State/Country].
